regarding ielts score card in applying visa

I am from India , I did my masters in United Kingdom and came back to India and now planning to do MBA in canada , and i Got admission without Ielts score from Vancouver Island University by considering my masters degree from UK , I am planning to apply my visa from hyderabad India, Do I still need to submit my Ielts while applying my visa
