I was wondering does anyone know roughly how long Hongkong Visa will take to make a decision? I file was transferred to HONGKONG VO on July 23th, 2019

damnnnnn plus the politics right now too.......... do u remember how long it stayed at the hongkong vo before they ask u for passport?

You may have to wait for some time. My guess is about 3 months after file transfer if your application is not complicated.
If you are requested for interview then expect to wait much longer due to the recent events..
Some go fast some go slow.

It's around four months between 'moved to VO' and 'PPR' in my case, so be patient.
