I have searched a lot on the forum regarding No objection certificate requirement for a government job employee (not civil servant ) but could not find a definitive answer to the same.
can anyone guide me where they have gone ahead and applied to cic with government permission to obtain PR ?
Also whether CCS rules apply to central / state government employee as well apart from civil sevices rules. I have personally seen many cases where people have applied without informing their departments but its always good to be in the right side of the law.
please guide at the earnest. it would be to great help.
