Hello guys. I have been accepted for MAS course in FDU for fall 2016. I have paid my fees but have not received the copy of receipt yet and its already July 14. Can I apply for my visa with letter of offer and swift copy of receipt(TT) as a proof of fees payment? Or should I wait until I receive my receipt from university and letter of acceptance.
 
You need your letter of acceptance. You can ask the university to send you a pdf copy by email (really good resolution) and apply online or if applying on paper, print out the acceptance letter.

For the payment, you can show the TT copy. But why is the university not issuing you a receipt?
 
Thank you for your reply. University guys told me that they will be sending it soon once they confirm with the financial department. But since its already July 14 I thought if I can apply with offer letter and TT receipt.
 
No you should not apply without the receipt from the university.
 
Alright. Thank you. Do u think I will be able to make it for sept 2016 that is suppose if I apply for my visa on July 18? Or should I deffer my admission to Jan 2017?

If you don't mind can you tell me how much family income you have shown per annum?
 
Total financial fund proof I showed was about 90000 CAD plus one year tuition fee and GIC 10000CAD. Have you applied for your visa? If not when are you planning to apply?

I also belong from same catagory that I was submiited my fees but did not recieved the fee official fee reciept from there side. Please let me kbow can I apply for visa I have all the docs. except fee reciept and also have GIC letter.so please tl me what I wl do.

If you do not have the receipt, you can write it in your letter of explanation. Just write that you have paid the fees and they have not issued you a receipt yet. At the end of the day, even the CIC explicitly advise students of not paying non-refundable fees and/or buy tickets until they are issued a Visa.
