I have a question:
My background check on IRCC portal was completed on October/2024
Front End Security Screening is included in this background check or not?

As it says completed I thought it includes everything, but I'm not sure.

In my experience yes it is, to know for sure call the responsible IRB-RPD of your claim and ask to speak with Case Officer, if not available leave a voice message for callback, include your UCI, date, phone number and your name and a short reason, expect a call from from unknown number.

My background check was completed on October 9, I’ve submitted my evidence package to IRB with the file review request form. I called there last week and the case officer called me back saying my file is currently under the file review process, but they’re waiting for a document from IRCC to proceed.

I don’t know if it’s the FEES - as the background check is completed since October. Or maybe if they’re waiting for my biometrics and copy of my personal documents (my case was referred in August/2024 and I went to IRCC for biometrics and documents seizure in January/2025 cause I missed my first eligibility interview and even though it was referred).
