regarding familyclause dependent visa we found no application

hello sir, i applied for permanent residence family clause dependent visa canada immigration has sent email to link my application to online account .i created online account i clicked link my application but it showed no application found .immigration asked me to link application to online account with in 7 calender days .how can i link my application.could you tell me how to link my application to online account.
