Regarding English language Testing

I am new to this forum. I have a question. I am a F-1 student doing my masters from USA. I want to apply to Canada as a skilled worker. My question is should I take IELTS mandatory or my TOEFL scores which are 2 years old would be valid? I am not clear about this. If you can answer this question I would be grateful to you

1. TOEFL is not valid, you will have to take IELTS General.
