regarding embassy visa

Hello sir,
My sister's qualification is BA {IN ENGLISH} AND MA {IN ENGLISH}, She got IELTS overall 6.5 {L - 7.5, R- 6, W- 6, S- 5.5}. I spoke to SIAST college in Regina. They said she is eligible to apply for any course with these scores.
My question: is there any problem to get a STUDY visa with these IELTS scores? THANKS

Yes there are courses available for B.A. M.A. studied guys. You have to make your profile strong enough to impress the VO(Visa Officer).
