Hello,
(1) I like to have guidance regarding the documents to be sent in checklist mentioned as copies.
The copies can be just simple photocopy or
its necessary to send certified true copy ?

(2) In translation of document they require
(a)the English or French translation; and
(b)an affidavit from the person who completed the translation; and
(c)a certified copy of the original document.
In my city notary professional does not provide affidavit ( i.e.(b) ) with translation of document. So will it work ?

Awaiting for the answers of query (1) and (2)

Thanks

Certified copies are not required where check list says copies. Normal photocopy is enough.

Notary public will affix his/her seal and address. Usually above their signature they certify that they have seen and compared the original. That is sufficient.

Translation must me on the translator's letter head with office seal, licence number, and signature. If not a licensed translator, an affidavit is necessary.
