He has not even submitted his EE profile yet, that means he is not in the pool. How can he get an ITA if he is not in the pool?

Nop nothing. As it says the following:

For messages about your application/profile, see "check status and messages" under the "submitted applications or profiles" section. Note: The "submitted applications or profiles" section appears only if you have submitted an application or profile.

You have no messages.


I haven't submitted any application yet so there is no "check status and messages"

I have created it and saved it. As soon I get WES number after evaluation I will enter the WES number and submit the profile. Isn't that right?

Yeah so when you WILL SUBMIT your application, you will get your CRS score. You could have told us earlier that you are still waiting for your ECA.

Yes, that would be alright.

One word of advice also,

Gather all your required documents ASAP, since if your calculation of CRS is correct, then you will surely get an ITA in the upcoming draw. Then you will have 90 days to submit documents & fees.

Better to keep hurry.

As per my job duties(Medical representative) my profile is matching with NOC 2011- 6221, 6, 64, 641 & 6411 sales representative.I don't have any LMIA approved job offer. Can I apply in any small provincial of Canada for PR visa or is it possible to get PR with, 365 CRS points in any small province of Canada.

If yes then please let me know with which province I have to proceed.
