Hello Everyone,

Hope everyone is doing good. Am in a situation where i need a real help Asap. Here is my story...

I live in Canada, am a married person and my wife residence in India. I applied for the permanent residence and everything went well (not my married life though) , i received the passport request and i have 30 day to submit my passport to the CPC - Ottawa office for stamping.
Our marriage life did not go well and am like a situation to break it. Since i processed the PR Application for my wife as well and i do really do not want my wife to receive the Permanent Residence status in Canada. The reason is I don't want to face any problem in future regarding my life, which will be a burden if she has the status to enter Canada.
Am not going to ask her to send the Passport for Stamping as she is in India and she does not know its been processed.I will be submitting my passport to the CPC Ottawa office soon.

Would there be any problem occur with my application if i miss my wife to send the passport for Visa stamping ? If i send mine will it be stamped and everything would be good to go regarding my PR ? Am the primary applicant and my wife is dependent.

Your inputs are much appreciated..i need some good experienced hands on this please...

Just to clarify, you are both applying for PR right? You need to contact CIC and ask for your wife to be switched to non-accompanying. If you can provide evidence that you are divorced or separated you can remove her from your application but that doesn't seem to be the case.

If you are truly convinced that there's no scope for reconciliation then you must inform IRCC that your marriage has broken down. You can also quickly try filing for Judicial Separation in India and submit a copy of that to CPC-O
