regarding complete address of the place of residence with evidence

Hello

A letter was received with 45 days deadline to PROVIDE COMPLETE ADDRESS OF THE PLACE OF RESIDENCE WITH EVIDENCE.
I am confused what type of evidences are required and what authority have to approve this.
Further confusion is created whether we have to give evidences of the place of residence after the age over 18 yrs or simply the current address.

Complete address of the place you live at and proof that in effect you reside there.

1) complete address of your place or residence ( your home address )

2) proof that you live there. ( rental contract to your name, electric bill , drivers license etc) any document that proves you reside at that address.

Could you post the complete letter to better understand your question ?
