I started my professional work on 1st December, 2021, as a Logistics Co-Ordinator (NOC 13201)), I created express entry profile after completing my 1 year of experience, my score was 457. My 2 years of experience would have been completed on 2023/11/30, but unfortunately i got laid off on November 6th, 2023. So, I lack 24 days of experience to finish 2 years. Now, when i check my profile i found my CRS score is 482, which means 25 extra point for 2 years of experience is already added. I have following doubts.
1. If i get ITA with this profile without adding any more experience can I proceed with documentation, as in express entry profile we don't have the option to add start and end date?
2. If not, what kind of job experience do it need and for how long to complete 2 years experience, does my new job need to be with same NOC code and same job title?
3. My company have provide me experience letter in January 2023, for IRCC, and now they are refusing to provide me with the updated one, so in this case what shall i do?
