I have completed General Nursing Midwifery diploma in India and got two refusal from embassy. I have completed my 12 in 2010 and in 2011 to 2012, I did job in Macdonald and after that in 2012 to 2013 I did diploma in computer course and in 2014 to 2018 I did diploma in General Nursing Midwifery. Please tell me why I got refusal and can I apply again for study visa, is there any chances of getting study visa
In both refusal embassy says-
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• Given the applicant's previous education and/or employment history, I am not satisfied that the motivation to pursue this particular program at this point in time in Canada is reasonable. Refused under R216(1)(b).
