Regarding break after studies

After completing 1year college course can I take 8 months break without applying for PGWP and again taking admission for 2nd year course.. Will that be a problem in future to get PGWP

Not an issue but you will not get PGWP based on your first program, only 2nd program. To include both programs, your second program must be completed within 2 years of completing your first program.
