Regarding bowp forms

Hi all, I am filling my bowp application, and I’m filling one of the forms, the one that says: application to change conditions. Extend my stay or remain in Canada as a worker.

I’m applying for one or more of the following:
Apply for a work permit with the same employer
Apply for a work permit for the first time…

Current country of residence:
Of course I’m putting Canada but it says status and then from to. So, do I have to put worker and put the date from which I became a worker? Or the date that I entered to Canada as a student?

after this I’m asked to put information about my employer, but I’m under my PGWP so it is an open work permit. So I don’t know what to put here.
Duration of expected employment.

Have you previously applied to enter or remain in Canada?
Do I have to put here that I applied for study permit and PGWP?

Right now I’m under my PGWP which is expiring in three weeks, I’m waiting for my 3rd payslip to apply to bowp cause I have to sponsor my husbands work permit as well.
I would appreciate any help.

PGWP is also considered as Open work permit, don't worry the process to apply for owp from pgwp is same just answer the questions that suits you, current status worker and date of issuing pgwp, attach employment letter that you are currently working in same company and pay slips too..
