Regarding Backlogs in Past Course

I have completed my Bachelor in Engineering in Computer Science
I have scored:
-75.8% in 10th
-71.5% in 12th
-65.7% in BE (12 backlogs - cleared)
-7.0 in IELTS

Also, I received the offer letter from the Selkirk College and I have done the wire transfer for GIC
Am I eligible for the VISA(SSP)??.
Please help me. I am so anxious.........

You have done bachelor and Why you are in applying in college ? If your selected program is not post graduation level then there are high chance of refusal. I will suggest you to apply in university for master program. Try in university with high rate of acceptance of low profiles because of your backlogs.

However, If you have decided to go with college then make strong SOP and your selected program must be PG level.
