Regarding admissions for 2019 winter term

I have applied for admission in post graduate diploma in food science for 2019 winter term in university Of Saskatchewan on date 21 August 2018 and PAWS account application status is still showing( complete ready for review) what does it means
There is no answer yet regarding the offer letter , can any one help me telling that what should I do for getting the information regarding offer letter and even there is no reply that on what date I will get my offer letter !

Hey ..did u get ur offer letter ?
Can u please tell me how u applied for this course because i tried to apply it for may intake but this course wasn't mentioned in the list there though it is availabe for may intake..please share it with me through which website u applied ? If not applied by yourself could u ask it from ur agent..please help me
