one of my friend (form India) is currently working as lab technician in hospital and has around 10+ years of experience in medical lab technician field. He would like to relocate to Canada and does anyone with similar experience moved to Canada?. Can you please guide with the requirements and process?

Do you mean immigrate? If so he needs to be invited through Express Entry or through a PNP prgram. Does he have ECA and IELTS completed? Is he eligible for EE.

Depending on NOC, he may need license.
