REG WES evaluation & email

Hey guys,

My husband has submitted his post-grad degree from UK to WES. we received an email today, which is quite ambiguous.

they received his post-grad degree but didn't receive Bachelors- UK transcripts. but we never requested for an assessment of his bachelors degree and neither is it from UK. It is from India.

Are we missing something here? i have email WES regarding this, but i am expecting a faster response from the members here.

That does seem a little odd .. When I got my US Master's evaluated, they did no such thing.

Try calling them, that is usually faster than getting an email response from them, but fair warning, even connecting to them is challenging, in my experience, I have always had to wait on hold for about 12-15 minutes before being connected.

i got my UK masters evaluated too and got it done easily. I am not sure, what the email meant. we have emailed and hoping for a response soon.

if in case they need additional documents, the WES would plainly ask for additional documents, isn't it?

They should, Yes. Typically, I would call them once a week to see if they need anything else... sometimes just calling them eggs the case along ...

I wrote them and got answer in 6 business days.
