I have transcripts which were issued and verified by my university in 2014. At that time due to certain problem I dropped plan to do WES. Now I wants to start process of PR & WES. So, can I use transcript which was issued in 2014??? More ever I had opened sealed cover that time to check transcript so can I send back to university to send at WES. I need kind attention over this matter.
