First of all a big hello to all forum members, my name is kumar recently I got a mail from immigration officials that they are not considering my application for processing because I haven't performed the duties which they needed. I have applied under raw material production manager category, the mistake I did is that I haven't mentioned the duties clearly in the experience letter as well as in the application form, i thought that they would mail me if they need further clarification , but straight away they have rejected my application. Now is there any possibility to start my application again. I haven't received my application package yet and also please suggest me how to get back my application package its already 2months i got the mail from immigration office. I will be very thankful if anyone answer my question.

I wouldn't expect they will return anything from your previous application. So while you can certainly fix your application for the next round of submission, I'd suggest that you start gathering up your documents again. Next time, make sure you have better documentation of your experience and duties (and I would not rely simply upon a self-signed letter.)

Good luck!

Thank You Mr.Computergeek for the reply, I am wondered how they can keep all my originals(police certificates, birth certificate, experience letter). I want a small clarification, you have mentioned as next round, is that means the start of July 2012 processing.

My experience personally and reading the posts of others, they generally do not return your application materials. Perhaps you will be lucky and they will return yours, but if you would like to submit in July 2012, I would suggest you assume they will NOT return them.

The only thing I saw in which you are allowed to submit a copy are the language test results (where the checklist says you may do so if you actually sent the original in with a previous application.)

Good luck!
