Hi,
My application for temporary visit visa has been refused
on the following grounds:

• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on the purpose of your visit.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident, as stipulated in paragraph 179(b) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.

Please it would be appreciate if someone can help me to let me know what could be done better or to provide them to reapply for the same. Thank you.

Not enough background, such as what is the purpose of your visit, do you have relatives in Canada, from which country are you applying and is that your home country. How do you plan to support a trip financially .

Post a list of documentation which you submitted to the IRCC. Then seniors can judge you.

Thank you for your feedback.
The purpose is visit or tourism, No I do not have any relatives there in Canada. I am applying from country of my residence but not from my home country. I have funds to finance my trip.

I have submitted my bank statement along with my US Valid visa because I have red somewhere while applying if someone have valid US visa does not require to provide proof of funds. I am not sure what else need to support my application before I resubmit my application to avoid loss of application fee again and again.

If no one is inviting you, its a weak case, however, as a turist proof of fund $20.000 might help.

Your not applying from your country. Maybe has to do with your status with the current residence and tax records?

Some people might have a permanent resident status but they don't pay taxes or they are not so strongly connected with that country

You can ask them for more details, we don't know , we can only assume based on our experiences and people's experiences and CIC information.
