HI!
i got a correspondence yesterday, stating that

“I am not satisfied that your employer would be able to provide you with private and furnished accommodation in the household. This is based on the documents submitted, their household configuration, the number of members in the household and the number of available rooms in the house.”

Can we reapply immediately or is there any duration of time before we can reapply?

You can reapply immediately. However to be successful, your employer will need to address the concerns CIC has raised about living accommodations. It sounds to me like there aren't enough rooms in the house to accommodate the family as well as you.

Thanks scylla, they have an extra room for me actually.

Do you know how much is the updated minimum wage? coz i think we got the problem there, my employer(my sister in law) stated 10.19 only but i read in some article that the minimum is 10.25... i dont know just wondering about it....

I disagree. The refusal reason clearly mentions the house / apartment you are going to be living in. It has nothing to do with minimum wage. How many bedrooms are there? How many family members and what are the ages and genders of the children?

There are 5 rooms; 3 bedrooms.

There are 3 adults (my brother, my sister in law and her niece) and 1 child (2 years old)

CIC would expect there to be 4 bedrooms for your visa to be approved. There needs to be a separate room for you - as well as a separate room for the adult niece and also the 2 year old.
