Hopefully someone can help me, can the Canadian embassy in London help with clearing my record as 4 years ago I was caught working when renewing a visa and was banned for 6 months, I signed the forms and left within the allotted time since then I have been refused 2 visas at the work permit stage as they deem I've not learned my lesson in wanting the return to my employer who is willing to sponsor me?

Once you have "blotted your immigration copybook", you will find it MUCH harder to obtain a TRV for any reason to Canada.

There's no way to "clear" your record. You must declare the ban and refusals in any application to Canada.

I would recommend you look into applying to immigrate rather than aiming for a temporary work permit. Your history will be forgiven in an immigration application provided you are 100% truthful.
