refused visa for the second time...PLS HELP!!!

hi..
my visa was refused for the second time for september intake for the following reason
travel history
immigration status in country of residency
familiy ties to canada and country of residence
personal assets and financial status
current employment situation
employment prospect in country of residence
preovenance of fund.
purpose of visit

The first visa was rejected for only two reasons
purpose of visit
not a bonafide student

I live in Abu dhabi and my resident visa expires in January 2017. My father who is a businessman is my sponsor. I was given a new offer letter from the University for january 2017. Pls what should I do

Second please tell me the rejection reasons for the first time
And please share ur submission time and the decision time for the first and second time
