Please advise. We are a family of 5 with 1 year old twins and a 3 year old. After a very long search we finally last year found a perfect nanny for us and as of February this year she got her work permit approved. In July she decided to visit her family back home in ukraine but forgot that her travel visa to Canada was expired. She applied for one while in Ukraine visiting her kids and family but was denied. She re applied again with the help of immigration firm providing all supporting documents but once again was declined.
First decline was due to following reasons
- based on the limited employment prospects of your country of residence
- based on your current employment situation
- based on your personal assets and financial situation
Second declined letter due to the following
- based on your previous history of contravened the conditions of admission in your previous stay
- based on your purpose of visit
- based is n your family ties in Canada and your country of residence
To sum up our nanny has 2 kids, husband and mother in Ukraine and only has a sister in Canada. Her purpose of visit she has a valid work permit in Canada. In regards to her previous over stay in Canada it was due to multiple factors that were settled with when applying for work permit.
