Refused (Reapplying for visa application today)!

Hello Dear Members!

My name is Hamidullah, I am from Afghanistan but at the moment I am an international student in Russia and studying in 3rd year of my university. so today afternoon I got my refused letter from the embassy in Moscow by a carrier and mentioned the reason of refusal based on Purpose of visit, based on current employment, based on personal assets and financial status.
but I provide them a letter from my university that I am a student, I am not working, my parents are helping me from Afghanistan and I showed them a good bank statement from my russian account that i am premently using and it was aproximatly 2000 American dollar. besides that, I had an invitation letter from presitgue english language course for 3 weeks ( 10-06-2019/28-06-2109) with full payment and homestay and also showed a round trip ticket to Canada. and I have also been in Europe once and i have Temporary Residents from Russia till 2021.
I would like to have some advice from respectful members about reapplying for a visa. Specially @Bryanna

I also want to add that I choose the 3 weeks intensive English course in Toronto Canada. that is a full-time language course in 3 weeks and also I know English in the upper intermediate level, I have some appreciation letter in the English language from my university that I helped in some project with English classes Russian students and also i am a tutor of the international student. so that's why I choose 3 weeks that I can afford and also know English but I want an English certificate from a prestigious English center in Canada that helps me to work officially like an interpreter in Russia because in Russia the English level between citizen is so low. in the other hand i am working as interpreter in my part time but not offically because i don't have prove of english paper but still i have some documents that i transled for high places in Russia like request letter for helping as interpreter in court and from border zone in russia.
