today my Visa officer has been changed and i received a reply from CHC London after a Reminder of reconsideration request from my side. following is the reply from CHC:

"Your submission has been placed on file and is in a queue awaiting review."

i applied back in Jun 2009

and refused on Job Duties Mismatch Issue in July 2012

I ordered CAIPS after refusal and found that visa officer was very much impressed by job duties stated in my experience letter but due to short work experience less then one year as Finance manager he refused me for further processing.

Visa officer calculate wrong duration of work experience by wrongly reading the dates mentioned in letter.

i worked as Finance Manager from 20-07-2007 to 21-08-2008 (one year and one month)

but visa officer ignored the year digits and calculate is as One month duration.

i send them a reconsideration request and used very harsh word and really insult the visa officer in email on august 9, 2012 but didn't receive any reply then i send them a Reminder last day with scanned copies of my work experience letter and CAIPS extracts and again i advise Manager Immigration team to hire school or college students to translate the documents in easy wording to understand for your visa officers or send all visa officers in English classes.

and today i received this email

now what you people suggest to do

60 Days! hmm, i suppose there is nothing i can do now as 4 months have passed since i got the letter.

I suppose, i will just have to wait for the FSW1 to re-open.

Yes... if 60 days have not passed from the date you received the refusal letter........ I and few others got their cases re-opened after having received such an email from them that they will not respond to us further etc....

Its a positive sign that your Visa officer has been changed and they are quoting that your submission is awaiting review, may be the Program Manager has seen your reconsideration letter and has arranged a different officer to review your application.....

Keep a close eye on your E-Case and send them another reminder after 15-20 days to confirm your case status...... Who knows a good news might be waiting for you!!!!

Please avoid using harsh language in your correspondence it will not help.....

Its a positive sign that your Visa officer has been changed and they are quoting that your submission is awaiting review, may be the Program Manager has seen your reconsideration letter and has arranged a different officer to review your application.....

they have wasted my 3 years and in finding that i am not even eligible, and i investigate all the legal point of Canadian law and really impressed that legal departments of every country is almost same like Pakistan.

means i can prolong the case against visa officer in courts for 3 years easily and i have decided i will do this and surprisingly i can present my case myself by just paying 50$ Court fee so if they reply me once again negatively then i will go to federal court then high court the supreme court then larger bench of supreme court of Canada

you know after 3 years wait sudden refusal really disturb me and now after 1.5 month i recovered myself and started working on other plans of life i.e i have started my Mphil leading to Phd and also got scholarship, i am applying for Australia now, i also switched my job, and started a part time business etc so Canada was my first priority but not now now i will just play game with them and lets see how much can i disturb them officially and mentally, i can understand very well visa officers are just employees like us if we report their mistakes by name to higher authorities and even in courts it will definitely give a worst impact of carrier of visa officer.

i also advise to all others please take is as second priority and concentrate on other plans of life i.e your current job, any other job opportunities, any business, or any other country etc and don't be disappointed

I agree with you partly..... Actually they want us to be disappointed and leave Canada so that they have less number of applications to deal with.... Just playing with our patience..... If you will stand and resist against this unlawful act, they will re-open your case... that is simple....

You should always have a backup plan in life, never ever rely on one plan..... I have seen many people which applied for Australia and Canada together and are presently living in Australia.....

If you are not interested any more on Canada or partly interested, then immediately go for Australia...they have much better assessment system...

If your E-Case shows the processing date WITHOUT any mention of a letter sent on dated...... then you are fine.

You sent the reconsideration letter before you received the refusal letter??? when you received the refusal letter???
When your E-Case changed to 'Decision Made'???

Just send the email to the right address and confirm your case status... E-Case is not reliable...

I've received refusal letter in june 10, 2012 at that time my status was showing that "Application received" in detail following statement were showing

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on May 30, 2012 to xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. If we have sent the letter to the wrong address, please contact us.

after that I've sent them a reconsider letter by post in June 25, 2012. After that I've checked my status on ecas My status was changed and now it is "In Process" in details follwing statement showing;

I didn't received any letter from CHC London. So I mailed them twice and requested them to please resent the letter or share the content of the letter. As you told me now that I've been using the wrong email address. So I've mailed them again on that email address which you sent me.

Now please advice me, what should I do.
