I just received an email from Tim Leahly (the famous Canadian Lawyer), the two reconsideration requests which he sent to London were also not accepted.... for one the FSW head says the Jds are not enough and for the other Jds are too close to that of NOC JDs.......... So they are not willing to re-open the cases...

I am finalizing with Tim regarding the court case.... more we gather there are more chances of success in court as Tim quoted.... to end this discrimination with Pakistanis we all should act together....

If you still have not received a reply from CHC, simply send an email inquiry, refer the date when your re-open request reached London and you will get a response within one week........ I did the same thing and got response within a week......... Don't wait, act fast.......

Simply write that a reconsideration letter reached London on this date and you are awaiting response.... actually they quickly reply to emails

I plan to apply soon, but at this time Im getting only 61 points... I plan to send them a letter explaining them how I may become more econ. established in Canada while I have 1 year experience as a Paint supervisor and have a certificate issued to work as a Painter and Decorator

The problem is that I dont know how to write that letter to be attached with applications.

I would be very thankfull to help meeee !!!

Hire a consultant or wait till they announce the new policy by the end of this month..

Dear Rizwan72,
I have been a silent reader of this and many other blogs.
I am also refused by the CHC London, NOC 0213 (JD mismatch).
Have sent them immediately, detailed explanation highlighting the EXACT NOC 0213, according to the government of canada website.
Also emphasised on the point mentioned on the same website about the NOC 0213 job description that,"SOME OR ALL" of the job responsibilities handler would be claiming the position of NOC 0213.
Ever since, I had sent the COURIER package, followed by a CSI, followed by another email to them, (OF WHICH NONE WAS EVER REPLIED BY THE VO till date), my status on ecas was changed from DM to RBVO, then It was disappeared and then came back and now for about 15 days its completely NOT ACCESSABLE again.
Do you mind shedding some light on this and upon your own current status.
