I partly agree with you as i did the same thing, matched each duty with the NOC duty referring already submitted experience letters but also provided additional documents like Salary Slips, Employer Contract letters & Insurance claims since i saw on the CAIPS that they are having doubts regarding the credibility of my experience letters (since i only submitted the experience letters and not the contracts & Salary slips earlier)..

Hence i would advice all to provide all the documents in support of your experience letters that you can, in case these you have not submitted at the time of full documents since the Visa officer may have raised objections on the credibility of your experience letters........

DO order CAIPS and write the reconsideration letters after going through CAIPS PLEASE....

When did you order your CAIPS? I ordered mine more than 3 weeks ago and I have not received it yet. I sent a letter of appeal 4 days ago through email and slow mail. I am surprised that after only 2 days, I already got a reply that they cannot reconsider my case and it is final, my case is closed. Even before receiving the letter of rejection, I cannot access my status online. I emailed the tech dept and was informed that my case was already closed in 2010! I lodged my application on May 2010 and received my 2nd file number on July 2011 but my file was closed in 2010. Very confusing . So how do I follow up the status of my CAIPS request? I need to know what really happened with my application. I understand that there were several people here who have sent their letters of appeal way before me and have not received any reply from London VO.....while I received mine in just 2 days!

CAIPS will reach you after 01 month or may be a week after......... Your case is very strange, just wait for CAIPS and then you can have a better idea......

At least we all can hope to get a reply to our reconsideration letters after witnessing your case....

No news as yet.... my reconsideration letter reached them last Tuesday (12 June) so lets see what happens....

03 Weeks to get the program manager's response, that is good at least they are reconsidering our requests.....

Just write a simple letter explaining or matching your performed JDs with the ones set for NOC 0213 at the HRSDC website, provide details that how your duties performed match with NOC 0213.....

Send the letter in the name of 'Program Manager' to the same mailing address where you forwarded the full documents as soon as possible since you only have 60 days after the receipt of refusal letter to file a court case....

To order CAIPS simply go to the link below and pay USD 25 to receive these after 30-40 days through email....

I was a quite reader, i am prejuin applicant 03 juin 2010 london VO, recently i saw decision made on my Ecas on 25 april my consultant told me that they receive my rejection letter last 3 days and yesterday i received my caips note and they mentioned the cause of rejection is job description mismatch. pls what can i do ? any help or suggestion
do i still have time to send consideration letter less than 2 months
if some body can send me sample of consideration letter.

I think you have 100% chance for reconsideration since ur rejection was due to miscalculation of points..... if you are sure that the points you are calculating are in accordance with the CIC rules.......

I have seen all those applicants which were rejected due to miscalculation of points got their cases re-opened.

Doesn't matter if you have not addressed the Program Manager..... it will reach the manager in any case.......

Just write a letter matching your performed JDs with those as set for the NOC (0213), explain how these duties match....

If you want to ask your consultant to do so then go ahead, otherwise i would suggest you being a professional in your category can explain the matching of your JDs with the NOC much much better than the consultant....... only get help regarding how to format the letter and which CIC rules be referred as a proof.....

You have to write this reconsideration letter as soon as possible after receiving the refusal letter...... you only have 60 days to file a case in Federal court of Canada, you have to give at least a month to CHC's Program Manager for reconsideration.... hence time is short, act quickly...........
