I pray but do not expect something positive once your E-case turned to 'Decision Made' before medicals... its Rejection for sure.... even if you don't have the processing date before this Decision made status.... see Saki, fishburger and others who faced the same fate....

When did you get the second reply from CIC about your file being under review by an immigration officer, BEFORE or AFTER the May 17 letter email....... please clarify....

I do not get you please explain.... Did you get the email of May 17 letter first and after 04 hours you get the In process email???? Did you sent both email inquiries to CHC same day??? Please explain.....

And your current status is 'Decision made' since May 22.... ??

It can be that persons replying to your inquires were different and the case update was not passed on to the guy which replied you that your case is in Process with the Visa officer......

I pray that i am wrong.....

I suggest you send another inquiry asking them that you still have not received any letter and are unsure of your current application status... I think this will clarify the matter.....
