Earlier you sent reconsideration letter through consultant or at your own??

On my own...

I went to my consultant when I learned about my DM status. Then when they received the actual letter from CHC, I asked what are my options and they suggested to re-apply!

Nothing.... i am waiting for any response from the Chief FSW unit CHC London....... the Program Manager CHC already refused to re-open my case.............

Please tell your friend not to wait and send an email to them to get an early reply.....

Remember you only have 60 days to file a court case, weather or not you receive response from CHC....

What should I do now?

No you can not amend your experience letters provided at the time of Full documents submission to CHC London.....They will not consider any new details.....

Draft a simple reconsideration letter addressed to the 'Program Manager' CHC London, comparing your performed duties (as per already sent experience letters) one by one with the NOC 0213 JDs, explain how the performed duties link with the NOC duties.....

If you can not do it get help from a consultant or Mr. Tim Leahly if you are willing to go for a court appeal in case they refuse to re-open your case..... you need to have strong and genuine experience letters............ Remember you only have 60 days to file a court case after receiving the refusal letter...........

Doesn't matter if the original documents are yours.... it can be a typing error..... you can further confirm by viewing your E-Case status or by sending an email to CHC London asking for the confirmation of your application refusal......

on my refusal letter my file number was different

all other details was right...
