Maybe. You have been in Canada without status since September 30th. Were you working during this time? It will be a the discretion of CBSA if you are allowed to enter given you were in Canada so long without status. You will only find out once you try and enter Canada.

As per guidelines, If a foreign national leaves Canada, they will be deemed to be seeking a new entry on their return, and the previous non-compliance with imposed conditions may make them inadmissible to Canada as per section A41 and subsection A29(2).

I did not working during this time.
I really did not want to break any rule. Unluckily, the 3rd pay clip of my husband came over only 6 days the date of my permit's expired....

I know that you didn’t want to break any rules, but unfortunately you did and have been without status in Canada for several months. Your option is to leave Canada, stay outside Canada for a while and then re-enter. I wouldn’t return immediately. You may or may not be allowed to re-enter so you need to have a plan if you are denied.
