Refused............just for IELTS..i am professional...how can they reject me

Dear ALL

i got refused letter....m sad....
as they just rejected me due to IELTS.....even i have sent them IELTS...with in two weeks ....

My story !!!
my applicatication was recieved on 10th June 2010...and cic banned my occupation (Geologist ) on 26th June so i was lucky.
they sent me letter to submit all documents with in 120 days...last date was 20th March 2011.
i hv sent them all documents but with old IELTS result...marks were 65...
but its worth mentioning here that my new result announced on 18th March....but as my application recieved there on 16th march...i sent them my new IETLS result ( point were 67 then )...and sent them letter that please attach my new IELTS ....

but today i got refusal................just for IELTS marks.....i got 21 marks....for my experience...
then why they igonore my quaification >??? my experience ??
is this IELTS so imp criteria ??????????????????????////
m sadddddddddddd...

they dont care...they have wasted time and money..
for just TCS....i sent letter for 2600 PAK rupees Each................for refusal letter i hv given Rs.1400/- to TCS...

its all non senseeeeeeeeee...

can i appeal >?
some one told me u hv 1 month to appeal..

plz guide me....plz write some words..

Can you post the exact reason given for refusal? Also, if you don't mind:
1. what was your IELTS score for the 4 abilities?
2. what's your NOC code? It will help determine your skill level and whether your IELTS score matched your skill level.

U r saying "how can they reject u"...Who r u men..?
U got refusal bcoz of ur own mistake.
IELTS is important bcoz if u don't know english, how u will survive in canada.
First ask urself, who is responsible for this refusal ...u or CHC..?

Ahhh... you got 65 points but so you need 67 to qualify, right? I think you should go over your applicaiton again and see if there are sections that full points were not awarded eventhough you qualified for them. If you can demonstrate that the visa officer made a mistake, you can write a letter asking for reconsideration and attaching supporting documents. It may not work, but you won't know if you don't try.

Did you mail the IELTS and have they received it BEFORE deadline or AFTER?

If they received IELTS before the deadline you may be able to have your assessment reconsidered. However, if YOU failed to submit required documentation within the deadline then YOU Are responsible for not complying with request.

Knowing the language of country you want to immigrate to is very important. As coolguy mention, how would you survive if you didn't know the local language/s?
So, they have legitimate grounds to reject if you fail IELTS.

Next question is whether you complied with their request and resubmitted a higher score IELTS ontime.

Besides , I do not know if you were required to submit all of your responses at one time or if you could submit your replies in two separate pieces. You should check that too.
If you could and DID submit everything BEFORE deadline then you may have a chance to have the rejection reconsidered.

Unlikely there will be any successful appeal. The OP submitted the documents, they showed that he had 65 points when the application was assessed. End of story.

what exactly was written in your rejection letter. point have not been or awarded according to what.
