Order GCMS notes because your refusal can mean many things such as how can you justify the costs of a one year program with better career and higher pay, what is your current HR background, how does the program build on your education, ties to home country, funds etc. Program is designed only for international students. If want an HR career then why not your own country to learn local HR practices and guidelines. Your grades for your degree are low too. Overall IRCC doesn’t believe you are a genuine student.

So how did you justify the costs of the program? What better career and higher paying job will you have? How does it build on your education? Why HR? Order GCMS notes. And then either change programs or keep with same program addressing reasons for refusal.

So did your consultant get a kickback (money) for referring you there? Many do. If so, really think about your school and program if reapplying. Ties are tricky because you are single and mobile. Father doesn’t live with you. Family ties are usually spouse and children. You are coming for probably two years so returning to grandmother and brother is not strong.

Still don‘t understand how your degree matches HR or your job. You need to explain it in SOP to justify costs.

I am working as Office Administration since 2020 to till date.My role was there as a welcoming visitors, answering calls, handling queries, coordinating Office activities, arranging appointments, support budgeting & book keeping procedure, Maintaining & uploading files & records, Processing invoicing & issuing payments,. Apart from this I also have the responsibility to provide payroll information and maintain employee information. So this is where I had developed a strong inclination towards understanding Human Resource Management. This was an immensely valuable and enlightening experience for me as I set an example of good professionalism. My recent education helped me realize the excessive need for studying in the field of human resources. Studying a subject which examines how society functions and how people react to the changes in society has given me the desired tools to study human resources. At this moment, I want to make the most of this opportunity and acquire the best knowledge and skills about my field of interest. Thus after thorough research I have decided to take up the Human Resource Management Program from Robertson College associated with Assiniboine community college that will guide me well towards my goal.

This was mentioned in my sop

Reason to choose Canada as study destination

I choose Canada for my Human Resource Management Program after so much research on various countries in terms of Management courses. Life standard and quality education provided by Canada is one of the biggest factors making me ready to choose Canada as a prime education provider country. I do not disagree that countries like the US, Australia and Germany are also well recognized for achieving Excellence in the educational world. But the cost of study is much more affordable in Canada as compared to Australia. Living costs are also reasonable in Canada. The Canadian education system adopts specialists, offers long term career prospects and great teaching methods as well as practical knowledge which is quite higher as compared to the Australian education system. Adding one more thing, while comparing Canada and US, the total annual estimated cost for post-graduation including tuition fees and living expenses in the US is a bit expensive around $25000 to $75000 where Canada only touches $50000 per year as maximum. Providing practical knowledge as compared to theoretical stuff differentiates Canada and makes it special compared with Australia and the US. Canada has an education system and liberal immigration policies unlike the USA & UK.

Reason of choosing Advance Diploma in Human Resource Management Program from Robertson College:
After researching a lot of options of colleges in Canada, I chose Robertson College which has partnered with Assiniboine Community college and is one of the top-ranked colleges in Manitoba. The college site allowed me to understand the program availability and courses over there. I also found my relevant course of study which is the Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management Program for One- year. Getting the opportunity to study with the best of intellects across the globe along with the adverse peer group, I will gain an informed yet edgy perspective on Human Resource Management. The quality of education will also make me ready for a highly competitive job market. My course work will include: Administrative Office procedures, Business Communications, Customer Services, Change Management, Employment Legislation Employee Learning & Development, Recruitment & Selection and Labor Relations.
This program is ideally suited for internationally educated professionals with a human resources career choice. A Diploma course at Human Resource Management will open me to professional opportunities as human resource manager in corporations ranging from startups to multinational, spheres with which the College has strong formal links. This certificate from Robertson College will place me with the right kind of erudition; diversity and professionals in order to forward-hone my goals in the long run.

Career Aspects

After my course completion, I would like to join SHRM (Society for Human Resource Management) and pursue their certification which would eventually lead me into becoming a world class HR professional and form the basis for me to enter into the corporate world. This certification would give me an edge over the other professionals because not only would I have gained education from an internationally recognized institution but also this certification would serve as a proof that I have the necessary skills needed to be a successful Human Resource Manager for any fortune 500 organization.
Additionally, on my return to India, I would have ample career options in the government, private, MNC, and other industries which consider international education as an important factor while making appointments at handsome remunerations ranging from 7 lakhs to 9 lakhs per year on the prominent job profiles. Studying at an International Institution would also help me to develop confidence, knowledge, communication skills, creativity, maintaining professionalism, and many more. This industry requires having a pleasing personality along with good communication skills while interacting with people and understanding concepts very well. Also, there are numerous job roles in Human Resource Management sector as the list is endless such as:

● HR Generalist
● HR Manager
● HR Specialist
● Compensation Manager
● Employee-Relation Manager
● Training and Development Manager
● International Human Resource Professional
● Chief HR Professional
● Human Resource Administrator

There is a huge scope of my qualification once I will come back to India after the completion of my qualification. I really intend to work with Fortune 500 companies like Reliance Industries, KPMG, Deloitte, Price Water Cooper, HCL technologies and many more who have many offices in India and are always on the lookout for individuals who have had international exposure and this program will deem me fit to be a part of such organizations.

Moreover, Canada is my Dream Destination and one of the versatile countries in the world which gives rise to many dreamers and helps them make their future secure and bright. In addition, Robertson College partnered with Assiniboine Community College is one of the top reputed Colleges and helps tremendous students fulfill their dreams. I am well prepared to face the challenges of studying at Robertson College, and I have the determination to realize my goals and complete my studies successfully. Equipped with the specialist knowledge I will gain from this College course, as well as the cross-cultural understanding that living in Canada provides me, I expect to be able to progress smoothly into a career in the international world after I complete my diploma. As for my future plans, I hope to acquire expertise in Human resources and work further as Human Resource Manager. In conclusion, I heartily believe that the only way to achieve success in life is through hard work and determination. After graduating in such a humble environment I will be able to raise my future to a new horizon.

My SOP
Last part was financials
I am aware of Canada’s SDS program and fulfilled all conditions i.e. I paid my one year full tuition fee (DLI Approved College). I deposited GIC CAD 10,000.

My Father ----, is an --his job-- who earns a solid income and can afford to pay for my education. This is an excellent opportunity for me to complete my education while also gaining international experience. As a result, I intend to travel to Canada solely for the purpose of furthering my education.

My sole purpose to study in Canada is just to enhance my knowledge and skills and return to my home country after completion of course. In conclusion, I heartily believe that the only way to achieve success in life is hard work and determination. After graduating in such a humble environment I will be able to raise my future to a new horizon.

Honestly the SOP is not that convincing:
- saying it is the cheapest option is not a reason. Plus you are doing a one-year program so stating figures of $50k is inaccurate. Don't know where you got your figures but the whole paragraph is unnecessary.
- Reasons for Assiniboine: Manitoba has two public colleges so can't say it is a top college. It is one of the only colleges. Plus you are not going to Assiniboine you are going to Robertson, a private college for international students. You are not getting a top education.
- Career: Will you really get into a Fortune 500 company and a top position with an arts degree and one-year certificate from Robertson. The positions you mention probably require a business degree. Do you have any HR experience? If not, you need to explain why you want to get into HR. Listing job titles doesn't tell IRCC why you want a career in HR. You must explain how your education and current job will benefit from HR certification. And then explain why you can't take an HR program in your home country. Explain why not doing a MBA.
- last paragraph about dreaming and coming to a top school (you are not) has no benefit. Wordy.

Overall, your SOP doesn't outline how the program builds on your education, why you want to take an HR program at a private college, being realistic about career opportunities, why you need to study in Canada and not India. Your program makes no sense. Why not a public university program (not a program tied to a private college)? Why not a MBA?

Can i add this reason that choosing HR was that i was inspired by my senior at work and all that due to which he also said that i have the skills and i will do good in HRM ??
