hrsdc refused my aeo because

so what did i do

services canada's arranged empolyment opinion (AEO) is based on specific requirements.Please note thate unless the detail of the job offer meet with these requirements. SC is unable to issue a positive AEO. The base on the following.
*Service Canada is not able to clearly determine if job offer is permanent/indertminate following the arrival of the prospective skilled worker in canada.The immigration & refugee protection act requires that a job offer be permanent/indterminate for purpose of granting positive service canada arranged emp. opinion
The application indicates that employment duration 2 years with the opportunity to renew on ayearly basis after that Service canada is unable to confirm an Arranged emp. application for the duration of employment is not permanent/indterminate from begining.
my Question to senior that if my employer give me permanet/indtreminate job HRSDC will review my AEO application OR my employer re submit my application again from start
