Is anybody got por or refusal today
 
As per my understanding Visa Officer might have refused your application stating poor academics, Language abilities etc. GCMS notes will give you better insights. Please retake IELTS exam and get 7 bands to level out your Btech less percentage. Senior members might provide you better insights.

Also, Have you mentioned about your previous refusals in your application?
A strong SOP might give an advantage explaining less percentage in your Btech.

Have you at any point requested for GCMS notes ? If not I strongly suggest you do that before reapplying. You should probably provide the refusal reasons here as well so people can guide you further.
 
Order GCMS notes. You have poor grades and IELTs scores. Assume you applied for a diploma or certificate program and not a masters.
 
Your academic scores are not great at all. Since 2019, VOs have been stricter in the calibreof students they are granting visa. Before 2019, almost everyone was getting visas despite their English and academics. I've met lots of them.
