If you can’t get a TRV your option is to move to a neighbouring country and claim asylum there and see if you qualify for resettlement. Unfortunately only a small percentage of refugees get resettled and you can’t pick where you get resettled.

What are your reasons for applying for the TRV? Why do you want to come to Canada?

You have posted in the Refugee section. Are you claiming asylum, or just wanting to visit? If the latter post in the appropriate section and you will get more replies.

Post your question in the visitors forum and not the refugees forum, unless you're planning on getting a tourist visa to claim asylum.
