what if i apply for my pr renewal card and i didnt reach my qualification for renwal. could re apply for renwal ?

If you apply to renew your PR card but don't have 730 days in Canada in the previous 5 years, they will do a hearing and decide if you should still keep your PR or if they will revoke your PR and kick you out.

If you are in Canada, knowing that you don't meet the 730 days requirement, it would be better for you to let your PR card expire and not apply to renew until you have 730 days. There is no law saying you must have a valid PR card at all times if you are staying in Canada and they can only look at the previous 5 years from the date you apply to renew. Therefore, if you wait and then apply with 730 days, they must renew.

DO a search for "proof of time in Canada" (and try other wording if that doesn't work). There are lots of previous posts on how to prove time in Canada.
