Would order GCMS notes. Unless you can address the issues for refusal there is no point. There will be concerns about why you are so desperate to apply a 3rd time so unless you address the issues in GCMS notes you should take a break.

Order GCMS, and rectify the reasons mentioned for refusal and then reapply. Chances increases

My first refusal was 10 years back. (Based on sponsorship from my paternal uncle .. and reason was relationship could not be defined)
My second refusal was on june 17 2019 (baaed on sponsorship.. and reason was 1. Not satisfy i ll leave due to my ties in canada .
2. Purpose
3. Financial status.
Im a 4 th year student pursuing bba+ law . I attached my NOC also
