Did you send a letter explaining where the error was made by VO in miscalculating your years of employment due to employer moving premises?

I understand you are refused at VO level due to wrong reading of your experience letter

You should write back to VO and explain the wrong interpretation. You should give your last try. One of the member of this forum applied after rejection and got through. The name is mastcanada

Leave your consultant, also send consultant removal letter and approach directly to VO. Consultant is of no help. They may not pursue the matter if you approach them again. They may keep your application lying with them even not inform you.

In my understanding which I wrote to Mastcanada also (If you try you have 100%chance to win, if you do not try you have already lost). So better to give a try. You would not be loosing anything.

thank you very much on your advise...is it ok to appeal even i received already my original documents?

Dear bluerose;

You dont have any other option but to write to the visa officer, explaining this matter. Just make a fine letter, clearly explaining the mistake made along with the full set of documents, once again.

I hope you will get through it, leave the consultant, they only know how to charge money in different ways. Keep faith in God and go ahead.

best of luck

Dear bluerose;

really feel very bad to see refusal of your application. I think that you should contact and write the whole story and abt the wrong interpretation of your experiece certificate.but, U have taken the charge of commiting mistakes. why u are going back again and again to the Consultant. He is just encashing your emotions and passion.

bluerose,sorry to read about your situation and l strongly believe all hope is not lost completely.Based on members recommendation of you writing to your VO ,l would also suggest if you can get a letter from your officer explaining you have been a staff since 2003 and that you moved office.I really don't know how cordial you are with your boss or whosoever is in charge.It will add up at the end of the day.

I also employed the services of a rep but since l found this form(thanks be to God) i sent a cancellation letter and the update has been effected .$7500.00n is a lot of money and to top it up,they cannnot help you.Please everything on board,pray and we will also join you in praying,if mastercanada can male it ,then you can.
All the best and we hope to hear update on this matter.

Ig

bluerose_24, sorry to hear about your refusal. my suggestion is leave your consultant asap. those kind of people should be reported to authorities. follow the advice of the forumers here. write a letter to the VO and attached all necessary documents. don't lose hope. keep the faith.

Hi igbehinadara,
I am so happy you quickly stop the services of the representative. They help to confuse you the more. This forum is good and you can ask any question you like at any time.

When you are cooking a good pot of soup you best know the quantity of salt to put inside. When you a sk someone to put salt in the soup , he might put too much, since he does not know the exact quantity of soup.

Good that you quickly canceled the services.

Canadaforall.

Hello bluerose_24 and mastcanada,

I just recieved my refusal letter from the VO today and it says that i failed to satisfy the required experience. I'm really puzzled about cause i have been practicing Dentistry for the past 8 years now. Can you please help me by sending me the letter of appeal that you sent to the VO? it would really mean a lot to me. just email me at sabad_ako_1984@yahoo.com. Thank you so much and more power to you guys.

David Cohen charges are at different stages of the application processing and not difficult to pay as we dont have to pay all at once. Another thing is that the Campbell Cohen office is very organized and they pre-process your application before sending to Visa office so that there are no chances of rejection.
I applied through Campbell Cohan Law firm and recommended one of my friends.
After just 2 exchange of emails they straight away refused him saying that you are not eligible.
I like that honesty and professional behavior.
