Refusal student visa

Today i got refusal resaon they provided 216(1).
Evergreen college Toronto 8 month's diploma course in computer systems and network specialists.
Ielts bank overall 5.5
L 6 , s 6, w 5.5, r 5
10 59%
12 64%
Bca cgpa 7.22
6 year work experience as computer operator in finance form.
Bank bal 17 lakh and 50lack of fds
I also have use visitor refusal due to f4 petition file
I also visited Australia Singapore use as tourist.

What to do now should I re apply for September intake or lose my hope.

You need to drastically improve your ielts. 5 and even 5.5 is not acceptable. What were the refusal reasons? How much money did you have in Canadian Dollars and what proof did you provide? What other documents did you provide and did you provide an SOP?

Yea that's true y ielts score is very poor Refusal reasons
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your personal assets and financial status.
• I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your family ties in Canada and in your country of residence.
And i have cad $97,000 fix depose and cad$37,000 in bank accound i show my fd certificate bank balance and it returns of last 3 years.
I I don't have any backlogs in any exams and I showed my all academy marks sheet,transcripts, Lor,Mode of information. Well I don't have sop it's my agent filled and did not give me copy of it.

You need to get a hold of your application from your agent then, as at the end of the day you are responsible for whatever goes in it or what doesn't. Sounds lke you didn't show any strong ties to your home country. This is required, as they need to know you have a reason to go back and not overstay.

By the way you won't get a work permit after graduating from evergreen so its a big waste.
