Hi,
I belong from karachi pakistan, which is the most common city that people are aware of even though embassy and every country know where is karachi rather than islamabad and all, they are aware of the pakistan's political and financial problems too, thats not it actually that they know as being a country working with pakistan from a very long time,.

I just applied for a Visa as an international student for UPEI which is situated in charlottetown Prince Edward Island and had a refusal from The Embassy on Three Factors by VO,

1:you have not satisfied me that you would leave canada after your bachelors?

Q: What do i need to submit in order to apeal for a visa?

2: Family Ties and Travel History.

Q:When it comes to this point, if i would talk about travel history I'm Currently an a fresh student who have passed an intermediat after the matriculation and wanted to study in canada so that i can come back and do business here after completing my bachelors and according to the financial and political problems that we face according to that, there wouldnt be any travel history for a fresh student as long as they have to visit there parents and families, Secondly when it comes to the family ties,my father and mother has passed away 2 years ago, now the only members are left those are me and my brother's family (like his new born son and a wife) how come the visa could refuse on these points?

If there would be any mistake that i have done I truly apologize for that kindly let me know the best answer ever someone can give me...

Thanks
Regards
Ahmed Hassan

There is generally no appeal, you can apply again if you want and think you can convince the visa officer that you will return after your studies.

Given your situation this will be difficult unless you can show things like property, future employment letter, business etc.

You can also get caips notes which will show you in more detail why the officer doesnt think you will return, search on here how to do that.

Hi,
You can Challenge your decision if you think its wrong in federal court of Canada within 60 days of refusal. For that you need to hire a immigration lawyer, who will review all your
Documents and than decided either you hold a appeal or just try with new application. Hiring a lawyer for court challenge will cost you so much. So its up to u what u want.
Or try with new application with new supporting documents and strong SOP.
Good luck

Actually, you can apply for judicial review, but that doesn’t actually mean the courts will accept the case. And it will only be reviewed for validity in law (did they follow processes/procedures to make the determination).

Honestly, the OP's reasons for refusal are, IMO, pretty obvious. He/She is young and single, just out of school, with no real family attachments 9parents are deceased) in the home country. There is no real incentive for return once entry is granted. I suspect getting an approves student visa (or any other visa for that matter) will be an uphill battle.
