Dear all,

I have been selected for Full Time MBA course at a leading university in Canada and I have alreadyreceived study permit (visa) for myself. I am yet to join the course. Post receiving of study permit (for myself) I had applied for SOWP for my spouse and TRV (visitor) for my 3 years old daughter on Sep 07, 2016. On October 25, we received the rejection for SOWP and TRV stating that the visa office doesn’t believe that the host (myself) is a full time student in Canada. I had applied online and along with required forms I had submitted my visa letter and passport copy containing the visa stamp, marriage certificate, sufficient funds proof and letter of explanation. I hadn’t submitted my selection letter and enrollment letter for my full time MBA course as I thought these are not needed.

Request early revert/guidance from honorable members/experts on this. Should I reapply with my selection/enrollment letter confirming my full time student status in Canada? And I should apply through VFS/online apply? What other precautions should I take/documents I should add for positive decision on SOWP/TRV.

Thanks in advance for above.

Best regards

Ranjan

buddy,

you have to give them letter of acceptance and any other document from college u got that shows ur enrolled at that course. Plus attach ur visa copy in their file.

I guess thats the only problem u have. Dnt apply online go vfs n apply personally n make sure documents r complete

by the way can u tell me what other documents did u put for taking ur child? my wife is also in canada on study and she will get her pgwp after. since im refused 4 times i was thinking maybe my child has better chance than me to get approved as shes also 3 yr old and need to b with her mother.

hope to hear from you buddy thanks.
