I was refused the Canadian visa twice. This second time, the reasons the VO gave was I didn't satisfy her that I would leave their country at the end of my studies based on:

1) Purpose of visit
2) Length of proposed stay in Canada.

I do not understand these reasons because the admission letter I submitted clearly shows that my purpose of visit is for studies. And in the application form , I clearly stated that I was enrolled in my current school under the American Degree Transfer Program, I have completed 2 yrs of studies here and need to complete the remaining 2years in Canada.

I intend writing a letter of appeal to the Ambassador. I would appreciate suggestions and advice from anyone. Thanks.

The refusal letter is same for everyone all the points written on it are the same. When they want to refuse the application they tick mark whatever reason they think. just apply again write a strong sop explain the refusal reasons.
