Refusal of TRV

My family TRV was refussed saying travel history and not sufficient finance although my family has been to USA UK and Europe and enough financial proof was given I myself was refussed from new dehli before as I applied mine and my family from India but since I am NRE and applied from UAE I was granted visa on same documents which was refused from India after getting my TRV I applied my family from India second time with the same documents and the family TRV was refussed second time can someone advice what's the next step I should take

2. What documents did each applicant provide?

3. For how long did they want to visit? And purpose of their visit?

4. Do they have a Canadian host? If yes, what documents did the host provide?

5. How much funds did each applicant show? And were these finances borrowed or transferred from other bank accounts?

6. When did they visit the US, the UK, Europe? For how long was each visit? Do they have any valid visas?

1. My wife and 3 daughters have applied
2.I provided all my bank statement company ownership documents which is more then there requirement for financial fitness
3. 7 days and purpose is visiting as tourist at my brother's house in Toronto
4. The host provided me invitation letter
Which was enclosed in the application
5.i am the main. Sponsor with bank balance in my account appx USD 300000
6.they have valid USA visa and visited UK and Europe in 2014
