I was recently refused a visitor's visa to Canada. I believed that I had submitted all my documents maybe except for 1 and that is the title to my house and property.

Application Form
Passport
Old Passport with travel history
(1of the passport has. A valid US visa)
Job letter (I have been working with organisation for over 22 years)
Bank Account Statement ($300,000.00)
Letter of Invitation from my friend (both she and husband are Canadian Citizens)
Travel Itinerary
Did Biometrics
Purpose of travel visit for 2 weeks
So
Iam confused as what else to do.
I want to reapply, what are my chances
