Refusal of Canada study visa

Salam to All. I had applied for the Canada study visa to do my AccA in lsbf in Canada. I applied for visa in last 1st may 2012. But at 10/09/2012 the embassy refused to grant me the visa. My all the doucments was cleared but the objection was that insufficient financial support. I want to apply again. Plz guide me that I I apply again. What are the chances to get the visa for study purpose in the Canada. Thank u in advance.

In order to be approved, you must overcome the reason why you were refused.

How much of a bank balance did you show when you submitted your application? And how much is your first year tuition?

In lsbf the one year tution fees was 4,590 Canadian dollers that I paid full throug a draft. And my bank statement was 17,70,000 in Pakistani rupees which is euqvalent to 19,000 Canadian dollers. In the Canadian embassy web site only 10,000 dollers are required for one year to live in Canada and to fullfill the one year expenses. Now I increase my bank statement by adding 4,00,000 Pakistani reupees more into my account. The new amount is 21,70,000. Plz reply me. Thank u.

It looks like you have enough money. You can certainly apply again and maybe you'll be accepted.

However if you're going to spend so much money to come over to Canada and study - you should pick a different school. LSBF has a poor/low reputation. Students who attend LSBF also do not qualify for an off campus work permit or a post graduate work permit.

I would recommend that you attend a public college or university instead.

Don't listen to consultants who recommend LSBF - they don't know what they are talking about and just want your money. I was born in Canada and have lived here all of my life and can tell you that LSBF is not a good school. Pick a different one.

I have been paid my full fees in lsbf for AccA. I also don't know about any other college for AccA. I also have heared that after the end on one year visa u have to take addmission in any local college then u can extend ur visa and also can get the work permit.


I increase my bank statement. I just want to know that is it a good and a strong point for me to get the visa??? May be I apply again in the end of this month.
