Respected Sir/Madam,
My wife applied for an open work permit and she got rejected. They give the reason that your spouse is not working under the category of O, A and B. I am working as control panel technician with NOC Code #7241 but somehow my job letter having NOC Code#9525 which describes as C category job. What should i do to solve this issue?

If your job letter lists a NOC C role then your wife doesn't qualify for an open work permit.

What kind of work permit do you hold? Is it a closed work permit based on an LMIA or something else?

I am holding a post graduation work permit. But this is a mistake that they wrote the wrong NOC code .My work duties and my job title includes in B category job with #7241 NOC code.

In that case your employer needs to give you a new job letter that reflects the right NOC.

Unless, of course, the employer and the OP differ in their opinion of the job role...
